Another HUGE BEASTY YESSSSSSS for Body Beast! Don't let a couple clips skew your judgement on this one. Less time working out and better results than nearly anything else I have ever done. Even hearing the same lines all this time, I still laugh. The self promoting comments are done in fun, not really all that often, and not annoying at all.
I won't lie, I'm down to my last 2 weeks, and having a little trouble finishing, schedule, attention span, some sort of rotation flu that hits me in the final 2 weeks of any rotation when I get this deep, not sure. But with the results and how enjoyable these workouts have been, I will look to get in some type of Beast rotation at least twice a year. BTW, I do like what I have done of DeltaFit too so far, right now, I use them mostly because my schedule has been nuts and these are only 30 minutes and easier to work into my crazy week. I have not made it to any of the harder workouts yet. |

I wouldn't let Sagi's preening or the 90 day rotation be a reason for excluding this one from your list! It's really a great program!
I don't see why you couldn't do just 30/60 days of this, if you so desired. Or, mix and match the workouts to your own liking. The workouts in the Bulk phase are mostly 30-40 minutes in length. Another benefit, since you want to be outside! Pam
