P90X Chest & Back is pretty much all pull-ups and push-ups.

Steve Maxwell is great and really offers programs that get straight to business:
1.) Steve Maxwell - Ultimate Upper Body Pull Up Workout ---also uses gymnastic rings (very affordable and will take your strength to new heights) Clip 2.) Steve Maxwell: The Spartacus Workout-- this one also needs Indian clubs, KBs and plyo box (you can use a step) Clip 3.) Steve Maxwells - 300 Spartan workout clip ---this is a separate dvd from his Spartacus workout You can use pull-up assist bands to help you progress and that really keeps these programs within reach. Plenty of room to grow

Move head away from bar then back to center) Towel pull-ups (Put one hand on bar while other hand is grasping a towel. Switch towel hand every 3 pull ups) Chin ups Max rep pull ups (You pick one of the above to do again) Legs & Back Disc Reverse chin ups Wide front pull ups Close grip overhand pull ups Switch Grip pull ups Repeat again |
