Yoga Warrior 365 with Rudy Mettia, from the UY crew

Just got a newsletter from Udaya Entertainment (the folks behind UY) and in 2013 they are coming up with a new offering, "Yoga Warrior 365" with Rudy Mettia (www.rudymettia.com). It was filmed in Bulgaria as well, some scenes look like they were taken at the temple where UY crew do their final 108 sun salutes!

I am still getting a lot from UY but if you're looking for more power yoga it may be something to look forward to!

hummmmmmm. I wonder what this include. It seems slower paced from the clip. Interest has been peaked.

That guy reminds me of Dr. Phil. I love UY and haven't even done all the DVD's yet, so I can definitely hold off for a good while. I also have Short & Sweet and have only done each of those practices once. DH is doing Yoga Foundations as well.

The facebook page stated March for release. And it looks like they will be about 30 minutes each. Saving my pennies now.

Apparently it's going to be 16 DVD set, 50-60 minutes per practice. It looks less intense than UY, with more alignment and personal attention to practitioners, but it's hard to say for sure from such short samples! Still powerish, though.

Thank you for posting! I really wish the practices were more in the 30-40 minute range. I will wait for longer clips and more information, but they do look good.

If they are 15-16 practices, it must be a pretty expensive set...
