Lately, the answer for me is one of the Barre 3 30-minute weekly workouts. I bought the Black Friday special so I have a year's subscription. The other thing I do is walk on the treadmill while watching TV.

I've been doing both a lot lately - I'm in kind of a funk and can't seem to motivate myself to work out harder.

Agreed! And thank you for posting about this site in the past. I checked it out from your posts and decided to subscribe. Love her videos!

Also to answer the original question, any form of pilates is my go to when I have no energy or motivation. It seems relaxing when I lay down on my mat, but really is a great workout in a sneaky way.

Any of Jessica's walking workouts. Most of the time I can make myself to put one foot in front of the other for 30minutes.

Walk and Essentrics.

Although, if I really don't want to do something I'll do Ellen's Fusion Floor. Work out on the floor.

For me it's one of Rodney Yee's yoga workouts, usually Yoga for Energy (skipping section 3), or one of his AM workouts, or Yoga for Back Care.

Lately I'll start with one of Lazy Dancer's short videos, and it sometimes gets me in the mood to do more.
