I don't know if there is one "officially" out there or not - but on the back of her Get Strong DVD she has a suggested schedule:
Day 1 - strictly strength
Day 2 -2-4 mile power walk
Day 3 - stepping strength
Day 4 - 3-5 mile power walk
Day 5 - strictly strength
Day 6 - stretch/yoga
Day 7 - rest
I was thinking about doing something similar, but including the Fusion workouts in - using them in place of the cardio and strength days and then fitting in yoga/stretching whenever I can.
Here's what I plan to for the rest of the year, maybe, LOL!
Day 1 - 12/17 - strictly strength
Day 2 - 12/18 - 2-4 mile power walk (using the new DVD or another...)
Day 3 - 12/19 - one of the yoga, fusion or stretch programs
day 4 - 12/20 - stepping strength
Day 5 - 12/21 - Fusion - Cardio
Day 6 - 12/22 - Fusion - Strength
Day 7 - 12/23 - Power walk
Day 8 - 12/24 - strictly strength
Day 9 - 12/25 - off or stretch
Day 10 - 12/26 - Power Walk
Day 11- 12/27 - Stepping strength
Day 12 - 12/28 - fusion cardio
Day 13 - 12/29 - fusion strength
Day 14 - 12/30 - Power Walk
Day 15 - 12/31 - Strictly strength
*I'm going to add the yoga/stretch/fusion workouts as time permits as a second workouts
** I may sub in other walks besides the Power walk
