Do you mean Janessa? I don't know for sure, but I am guessing since she writes such thorough reviews that must bring in more sales she gets information and releases early

Maybe she doesn't sell as many Stretch/Yoga and needs to charge higher price to recoup the costs? Maybe the production cost of this one was higher?

I know I don't usually buy Jessica's yoga workouts because I tend to reach for other instructors that I already have plenty of like CS/Essentrics, Travis Eliot, various pilates including a subscription to PBL. I feel like these provide enough stretching benefits for me. I plan to buy Jessica's Strength and Walking DVD but again, I am not interested in the stretching/yoga DVD.

I can't do walking workouts often because they hurt my lower back/hips and Jessica's strength workouts do not agree with my shoulder/neck issues. (she often does compound moves, and my body just hates them). I am debating on the yoga. I really don't need any more yoga from ANY instructor, but I like to support her when I can.
