BeFit posted an 11-minute Dirty Dancing workout that consists of just the four songs (Love Man, Yes, Do You Love Me and Johnny's Mambo) from the DVD. There's no cueing, but it's fun and fairly easy to follow along with.

BeFit has a Summer Shape-Up Challenge rotation that looks interesting. It is comprised of the BeFit GO (aka Mobile) workouts of varying lengths -- 10-40 minutes depending on the week.
