Favorite stretch after strength

What is your favorite stretch DVD to do after strength training? It's been a minute since I was consistent with strength training but now I am training for the Murph challenge and back to kettlebells. The past few years I have done more running and yoga than anything. Yesterday I did TurboFire Stretch 10, one of my favorites, but this morning I am realizing that, for me at least, this is better for after cardio than resistance work. So do you have stretch videos you prefer after different types of workouts? Thanks! (YouTube would also be doable but no paid streaming services.)

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.

Of course I would suggest an Essentrics relax and release workout or a Classical Stretch episode.

I also really like Lee Holden's 7 Minutes of Magic, PM extended practice. It's probably my most used stretch.

Bendy Body also has some nice chapters including a lower back stretch that is magic.

Thanks, Jackie! I didn't even think to mention I don't click with CS, although I do like parts of Essentrics barre after running. I will try that one of Lee's (have the DVD, don't think I've tried it) and look into Bendy Body.

I like Slim & Limber a lot but have done it so much that I'm hoping for some variety. I also like Tamilee's Total Stretch for Beginners but feel it's not enough for me after weights. I need to just start going through ones I have and trying them, just looking for direction toward a good starting point!

Ha! I was going to mention Slim & Limber I also like Kathy Smith's Rejuvenation: Stretch and flex, it uses a rope with loops. Annette Fletchers' Perfect in ten stretch, from the Fe Fit workout system, if you have those, my favorites are stretch 1 and 2.

I use quite a few of the practices from YoginiMelbourne on YouTube (Paula Lay yoga). Her "Wind Down" practice is a nice short one.
