Sandra:Happy Birthday to You! It was just a coincidence, but today’s workout was “Total Focus” from Jessica’s Boost Metabolism + Muscle, which was the dvd I purchased from you several years ago. Happy to hear that you got to be pampered to celebrate!

Wednesday: Relaxing yoga with Sarah Beth's 30-minute Slow Stretch Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
Thursday: Jessica Smith’s Boost Metabolism + Muscle, Total Focus

Garrie: I think you and your SO made a smart choice to save and renovate a house rather than renting since that is an option for you. DH and I have always bought “fixer-upper” houses and worked on them over time. Do you have KCM’s Build & Burn? There is a Kettlebell Only premix that you might like for a short workout or for an add-on.

Pam: Yoga with Bird is a Busy Bird right now; she is sending out 2 new YT offerings a day as part of her 31-Day May Yoga Journey: one short morning practice and a short evening practice as well. As Paine pointed out Sherry told us about Yoga With Bird. I follow her on IG too. She lives in Canada and Bird is her childhood nickname; her real name is Francine Cipollone. I also bookmarked the Five Parks Yoga Moon Salutations practice you shared. It would be nice after a day of sitting at the computer.

Beth: Glad you enjoyed the book sale. Hope you enjoy your new Shiva Rea practice. Glad that your class attendance is picking up with people getting vaccinated. And thanks for sharing that KCM has some "raw" workouts on her YouTube channel; I subscribe, but must not get notifications. I do get notifications for your channel.

Pat: The Ospry nest is such a fun pastime! Thanks for sharing it with us. I just did a few of Kassandra’s Evening practices; I wasn’t trying to follow it every day. I think they’ll be nice to do when I need a yoga break at the end of my work day.

Thank you for the kind birthday wishes. I enjoyed a low key day, including a pizza lunch with my brother, niece and grandniece. Nope, no workout today!

~ Office movement challenge - static lunges and back
~ LWR 7 Minute Belly Fat Workout
~ 5,500 steps

I didn't get a workout done after getting home, too worn out. But it's Friday!

Carolyn, yesterday I saw that you did Relaxing yoga with Sarah Beth's 30-minute Slow Stretch Yoga for Stress & Anxiety so I took a peek at it and decided to do that one myself so thank you (I liked it)!
I didn't know that that Yoga With Bird's name was name is Francine Cipollone. That's interesting to know.

Sandra, what a wonderful birthday lunch you had with family!

Paine: I'm so glad you enjoyed Sarah Beth's 30-minute Slow Stretch Yoga for Stress & Anxiety. I normally do short yoga sets following another workout, but every once in awhile it's nice to enjoy a half hour or more to melt away some stress. I learned about Bird from the About section on her YouTube channel.

I was physically tired this morning, so I decided on an easy workout for my body and give my brain more of a challenge with Jessica's Brain Fitness Fun from Walk Strong. I also did a short Yoga with Bird, 5 Minute Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch to Feel Amazing (it was really 6+minutes)

Good morning! Has anyone noticed the excitement at the osprey nest? Mama laid a second egg yesterday. I missed it by minutes. They are such pretty eggs.

The osprey was the extent of my excitement yesterday. I should have gone out to walk on a perfect day for it, but I stayed in the office and got some stuff taken care of. After work I enjoyed Kassandra's 30 minute Yin Yoga with Affirmations for Self-Love and Healing which sounded perfect for how I was feeling.

Carolyn, thank you for that Sarah Beth recommend, I'm going to enjoy it soon.

DS is visiting for a walk and to take me out for a birthday lunch today, so hopefully that will perk me up. I better get this dump picked up before he arrives - he hasn't crossed the threshold since Christmas of 2019!

Pat, Happy Birthday!!! So cool about the ospreys--I just checked it out and saw the 2 birds switch places in watching the eggs.

I was just reading more about Dr. Fishman and found out that he actually has three different sequences for Osteoporosis! Looks like only the first is on YouTube though:
