SB, I certainly hope you’re feeling better now and get in that walk :-)

Today was upper body so I started with Juice and Toya’s upper body dumbbell workout, which was three sets of five exercises. They rotated through the exercises so each set started with a different exercise. Next was Brand fitness 3000s Motown walk. And I finished with a cool down stretch by Daniella Suarez.

But today was a mishmash I tried some new people without a lot of success. I started with Madison Bollywood dance fitness, 3000s Bollywood walk, I could barely hear her or the music and she repeated a lot of the same steps again and again :-(.

Next I tried Paul Eugenes Disco Dance walk. I discovered him early in the pandemic when he was doing workouts at home, which were more interesting than the ones on the set, there’s a lot of marching in place while he talks and moves his arms :-(.

Next I did grow with Jo’s Dua Lipa Dance party. This was fun! The most fun I had the entire work out, so of course this is when hubby texted me the most :-)

I did a search for a 10 minute cooldown stretch and found one by Guided by Angie that was a lovely pool setting. I did my own stretches while she did yoga.

Hope all is well with everyone :-)

Yesterday was:

54 minute outdoor walk

I am planning another walk for today.
We're finally getting some warmer May-like weather around these parts.

PENGUIN, one out of three isn't bad .
You always get an A for effort.

I'm planning another walk today. Big surprise there. lol. I am going to my sister's for lunch so I'll have to get out there a little earlier than usual but it should work.

SB, thank you. Hubby fixed our old computer yesterday so I was very excited to hop on the keyboard and post that way for a change. I panicked when a 503 error kept coming up, but I eventually realized that VF was undergoing maintenance in the wee hours, so was very relieved when it popped up again this morning. Phew!!

Probably more of the same today. I need to start walking in the morning again now that it's getting pretty warm by afternoon.

PENGUIN, congrats on getting the computer up and running again. Someone on GD posted about the 503 error and she thought VF was gone for good . That is annoying when that happens.

We got some plants planted today, I bought some rosemary basil and lavender while hubby planted the tomatoes he bought several weeks ago. We also ran errands which was exciting.

SB I thought VF was was gone for good also!!

It was a hot one yesterday. We hit 90 degrees! Today is more seasonable and I'm planning to walk in a bit.

PENGUIN, nice job on getting your plants in.
That's a workout right there. DH used to plant the vegetable garden, it was quite the project with him. Not sure if I'm up to the task. I think I will try my hand getting a few tomatoes planted soon though.
Love those garden ripe Jersey tomatoes.

Finally some weight work! Not sure if I'll be walking today, meeting up with my sister for a pedi later. Haven't had one of those in a long time!

I invited one of my knitting friends over to the house today, we never got to the knitting because we were too busy talking and catching up :-)

I had ample opportunity to exercise however I just I did not to. I need to get out in the yard and do some work in the back, the weeds are starting to take over!

SB, congratulations on your white work :-) I hope you had a great time with your sister :-)
