buffmama: You keep finding these interesting things on You tube. I have decided to stick with dvds for now because I have quite a few of them and feel like I should use them.

Math Teacher: anyone who can exercise before or after teaching 9th grade math has my undying admiration.

donnamp: Jessica Valent and Caroline Sandry sound interesting

I started out good, doing Jennifer Kries Precision Toning on Monday and Precision Sculpting on Tuesday. These are designed to be done on successive days.

However, on Wednesday I decided to freelance doing some squats and lunges sans video because I was worried that my lower body was not getting enough work with only Pilates floorwork. I only did 2 sets of 8 reps of each, but that was enough to make me sore, so the rest of the week was a wash.

Here's to a good week for everyone this upcoming week.

Pilates & Yoga with Katja Full Body After Work Practice 39 min. More stretch than strength but felt great.

Jersey City Pilates All levels Full Body 43 min. Really liked this. Posterior chain emphasis from the neck to back to booty. And if I had known that not sure I would have done it!

That one sounds interesting. I'm always interested in anything that exercises the posterior chain.

Today was The Girl with the Pilates Mat Ballet Barre 11 min and Trifecta Pilates 15 min Pilates Abs. Yesterday was The Girl with the Pilates Mat 30 min Gentle Morning Pilates Routine.

Workout Hotel 10 min Abs Day 1 with a Small Ball 10 min. Great, tough ab work, no spinal articulation, no extension work. So I would mix these in but not concentrate on these.

Workout Hotel 10 min Abs Day 2 with Weights. More plains of motion used and she started with bridging - my favorite!

Workout Hotel 10 min Abs Day 3 with small ball and weights. Some spinal articulation, rotational moves, and extension.

Thanks, Jane. Some days the only thing that keeps me sane is exercise.

We have four days of school left. I will be more consistent in a few days. Right now I am hanging on for dear life.

Today I did Jessica Valant Pilates for Every Body.
