My workout yesterday was Travel Fit.

Cher
- Are you getting the DVDs and the bands too? I think I'll just go for USPS myself since I usually get the DVDs within 2 days anyway. I'm glad you were able to get all your questions answered about the mono vision.

Waves to all. Have a good day.

Drive by: 20 minute recovery treadmill run this eve and yesterday I did the floor work from Cathe’s PLB. This is all on the stability ball. Also did a ball exercise or 2
from Butts and Guts. Great glute work I needed!

Workout yesterday was KCM Sculpting RX.

JBliff - I ended up preordering and just choosing regular USPS shipping just in case I’m out of town when they come. Yes, I ordered the the 2 dvds & the bands.

Waves to everyone.

Hi all. My workout yesterday was 40 minutes on the elliptical + an episode of Essentrics.

Cher - I'm going to order the bands too. I've been disappointed in bands I've bought that didn't come from Cathe, and based on Cathe's forum admin response to a question, Cathe's thought a lot about the material and the source for her bands. Hopefully she'll have more workouts using these bands later.

We're having a slight cooldown today (70s vs 80s weather). It feels really nice.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm not sore at all today, didn't feel especially tired last night, just pumped and starving. This morning, however, I took Cyric out when the 6:50 alarm went off and planned to sleep another hour. That turned into 10:35!! So with the late start I never did get in a workout today, just did laundry and errands I'd been putting off all week.

My favorite it PHA 2. Which means it’s probably the easiest! PHA 3 is my least favorite. Cathe moves pretty fast so probably has the nost cardio effect to me.

It got to 86 degrees today! I ran 1.5 mi this morning following my new Run With Hal training app. It was 70 and sunny, really low humidity around 35%, and I was way overdressed in short sleeves and capris, but it was short so no big deal, other than my empty stomach! After that I did the Wednesday workout from Leslie's Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan, day 1 of the CVG app Murph training, and Slim & Limber. I was a bum the rest of the day, sadly watching my Twins get blown out and then happily watching my White Sox win. It's rough when your two favorite teams are in the same division! I spent some extra time cuddling Cyric tonight. Tmrw we're playing D&D so I'll be sitting and eating all day.
