  • hi/lo portion of CIA 3004 (25m)
  • hi/lo portion of CIA 6003 (40m)
I kept it all lower impact. The choreography was easier in 3004; there's a learning curve to 6003, plus you need a lot of space for both. All in all, it was a fun workout. At my age, I need to take all of the CIA workouts an entire level down.

HR12Week2.0 Abs & Glutes...day 2 done! Edited to add that I did two Ed Sheeran Walking workouts. He's really fun!

Lift with Cee- 40-4-40 one

I'm already behind with her 6 week plan, but I wasn't feeling great the day she started, so I guess I'll be one workout behind. I like the SLOW pace of lifting weights- you can really go heavy!
