I'm a sadist, I like Cathe's Leaner Legs. Standing leg work is my favorite and this workout incorporates all the standards: squat variations, deadlifts, leg press on tall box, lunges and calf raises.
For floorwork, I love High and Tight from the Brazil Butt Lift series. It has both standing and floor work with a band (can sub ankle weights or no weight/tension at all) and it burns.
