What is your favorite lower-body workout and why?

I am starting a great kettlebell rotation, but I'm not using DVDs. I'm following the WKC pentathlon. However, I want to add in a lower body workout a couple times a week. I know my collection and have my favorites, but I just thought I would ask what everyone's favorite is and why you love it!

Thanks!

BTW, my all-time favorite lower body is The FIRM's Standing Legs. Why? Because I think I will die at the end when Jayne Poteet is doing the hover squats. ha ha

My favs include Tonique Premiere, Tae Bo Rockin Buns, & Tae Bo Advanced Live #5. The Tae Bos are just plain fun effective lower body workouts. Especially AL#5! Great music, in this cardio-paced floor/mat oldie but goodie from Billy Blanks. It's only on VHS though :-(. Tonique is an advanced LB workout that really hits the legs & butt from all angles.

I like The Firm's Lower Body Split. It includes a little cardio and ab work, so it feels more like a complete workout to me. And it's made from the BBH era Firms, which are my favorite!

I favor Greg Smithey's original Buns of Steel.

One of my favorites is Michelle Olsen's Perfect Legs, Glutes and Abs with its two 1/2-hr lower body routines.
ETA - Oh, forgot the "why". Because they are short, tough (for me anyway) yet non-intimidating. Having two routines means I can alternate for best variety and effectiveness. And they use very little equipment - no steps, barbells, bands, etc. Just a couple pairs of dumbbells and a chair.

My latest favorite is Joyce Vedral's Just Thighs. It's about 32 or 33 minutes. All you need are some dumbbells and a chair or bench. Ankle weights are optional for one floor exercise, but I don't use them and neither do Joyce and Marthe. Because you keep moving quickly from one exercise to the next, the workout doesn't drag. I always enjoy Joyce's comments. And I feel like everything gets worked nicely.

I'm currently on a Joyce Vedral kick.

Body Beast Build Legs. Toughest workout!

I did a Tough Mudder (12 mile mud/obstacle run) last October and couldn't get over any of the walls by myself (actually had to walk around some of them because even with assistance I couldn't get over them) and my whole body (especially my legs) were so sore for a week afterwards.

I've been doing Body Beast for almost a month now. I did my second Tough Mudder this past Sunday. I was able to get over all the walls without help! It was a super hilly course and we had to go up what I kept calling a "mountain" (which DH kept reminding me was just a super steep hill) and people kept having to stop and rest or crawl up it (hands on the ground). I walked right up it with ease. I kept saying "thank you Body Beast, thank you Body Beast!" It's now a couple of days later and I'm not sore at all.

Cathe's Butts & Guts (I love how her premix lets you select all standing or all mat work) and her Lower Body Trisets. Those are two of my go-to workouts for lower body.

I love the 13 minute lower body premix from Cathe's High Step Training Advanced. It is short and tough!
