Have you seen the rotation that Kelly posted here?
http://www.coffeyfit.com/catalog/files/KCM-rotation.pdf I'm in the middle of option 1 right now. I substitute Split Sessions for Olympic Lifting and do SS LB for Body Trailing 2. I substitute TLC for Cardio Blast. It might work for you too as it alternates the more cardio focused workouts with the weight workouts. I didn't care for the option 2 she posted as it had you do an all-cardio week and then an all-weight week.
