Essentrics Streaming Help

So,I signed up again for the streaming,and I noticed there is a APP already on Roku,but when I try to sign in it doesn't recognize my email?I'am able to sign in on laptop,but really eanted it on a big screen.Any ideas?

I'm not much help; I'd just do a live chat with them from their website.

I agree! I never use the app, stream on my laptop or tablet through the website.

I use the Roku app. Did you get the code to register, or is that hung up with the email? I don't remember the exact steps.

I don't use Essentrics but I use Gilad On Demand and a few others on Roku. You need a code from Essentrics to enter at Roku. There should be something on the Essentrics website to direct you to the code.

I use the Roku app. It might seem obvious, but double-check your email address and password when you enter it on the Roku screen. Sometimes I forget to add @gmail.com or something dumb like that.
