I do Margaret Richard's workouts three to four times per week. The only cardio I do is walking outside for half an hour on alternate days.

Depends on what else I'm doing. If I'm doing a lot of running, usually two and sometimes three workouts a week, depending on the mileage. Right now running is not a huge focus for me so it's 3 - 4 times a week.

3x a week of strictly weights. I do 30-45 mins of cardio 2x a week.

I tried switching it up (weights 2x and cardio 3x) and got zero results. So I stick with what I know.

I'd do weights everyday if I could, lol. I love the feeling of resistance that I get from lifting, it just feels like I'm working. Straight cardio for too long bores me, no matter what it is.
