interesting link
https://www.bellicon.com/us_en/benef...s/pelvic-floor Though the bellicon has been used effectively for improving pelvic floor strength, individual health issues can vary greatly, and rebounding may not be suitable for everyone. For people with existing health issues, it’s always best to check with their health care provider before beginning any new exercise program. It’s also important that people with pelvic floor issues start slowly when they begin using the bellicon, increasing the intensity and duration of their workouts very gradually, allowing their bodies to adapt to the exercise comfortably and safely. Depending on the individual, it may also be best to avoid movements that put excess pressure on the pelvic floor, like jumping jacks or deep lunges, and instead build a workout routine from pelvic-friendly, light and moderate-intensity cardio movements. |

Tasha Mulligan, creator of the Hab-It DVD has a ton of information on her website
http://www.hab-it.com/pelvic-floor-s...nd-controlled/ Quote - I recently read through two different sites with the bloggers writing about how Kegels are worthless. If I could delete these entries just as quick as I read them, I would so that it didn’t cause any more confusion for all of you searching for answers. Do I agree that pelvic floor strengthening has been over-simplified – YES! But to say that you don’t have to do another Kegel is simply not correct. http://www.hab-it.com/mis-information-about-kegels/ |
