This is pretty much what I keep coming back to, except I often skip a Saturday w/o and my strength workouts usually go 40+ min. Nice & simple!

Since July I've changed up my plan.

My current plan is Zumba one day a week. Ideally I am doing a paper weights workout & quick cardio segment (either 1 mile of Leslie or a PACE workout) on 3 days and an hour long walk on 3 days.

I haven't actually hit that plan fully, but the paper weights workout is already yielding some interesting results. Today, even though I'm up a few pounds, I actually went down 1 inch on my hips. I can't wait to see my results after a few months.
I'm enjoying really focusing on the weights without doing them on a video. The hardest thing is actually finding my failure point (I only have dumbbells). I found my failure point on squats last week when I had major DOMS after Sunday and it took to Friday before I could walk like a human again!

Since I don't plan on buying a squat rack or barbell or anything, I'm going to have to figure out what I'm going to do going forward - maybe buying a weighted vest or something.

For the past two months (or more?) I've been doing:

Sunday: Lower body paper workout + abs (usually from Cathe's PS)

Tuesday: Cathe PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wednesday: Lower body paper workout or dvd

Friday: PS Back, Biceps, Abs

On Mondays & Thursdays: a Leslie mile, a Jessica walk, or nothing.

My abs are flatter, and my arms and legs are leaner.

I'm ready to switch things up, though. I'm still going to do my lower body paper workout, but I'm going to do different workouts for upper, maybe those using lighter weights.

I'm following Jessica Smith's YT rotation and adding in some extra cardio like Leslie Sansone. I also throw in some yoga a few times a week and walk my dog when I can.

I'm currently doing ART, Barre 3, Ellen Barrett or TA for my main workouts and doing yoga on my rest days. I also started a walking program in addition to my normal 1 hour workouts in an effort to lose weight....that have started to turn into walk runs now. I only have time to do this now as I'm unemployed-

Same here! I try to fit in some yoga, pilates or barre on T,T or S as well.
Nothing is more than 30 min per workout usually though. I don't like to work out 'endlessly'.

Everything is a bit all over the place b/c I'm in final wedding planning. Loosely, I try to do the following per week:
-- 1-2 Bikram yoga classes
-- 1-2 runs (usually 4-5 miles)
-- 1 Barre workout or class
-- TA Continuity - 3x week
-- 2 days dance cardio (30-60min)
-- a couple extra core workouts (add ons - or done earlier in the day before Bikram)
I'm not being ambitious these days. Some days I only do Bikram or TA Cont., other days I do a couple of the above (e.g. a short barre workout followed by TA and a run). In addition to Bikram, I've done a few classes at Lara Hudson's Mercury Method (only the barre class is worth going back to IMO). I also recently got a package at another studio and am looking forward to trying their Ballerina Fight Club class (it appears to be an imitation of Aero Barre, by the online description).

When I start traveling more, it'll be TA Teen Meta (b/c I can do this with bands) and then whatever else I can do based on where I am (e.g. hiking in Peru, taking my friend's yoga class in Myrtle Beach).

I'm doing the Drop 2 Sizes rotation, now in the last phase. I'm loving it for all the time I have to fit in yoga and tai chi and classical stretch. I have a half hour non-paid lunch during my work day in which I do either an easy classical stretch (from season 4) or t'ai chi chih. In the evenings, I do either the strength workouts or yoga. So my weekly schedule looks like this.

Monday - T'ai chi chih (lunch), Drop 2 Sizes Strength
Tuesday - Classical Stretch (lunch), Kundalini Yoga
Wednesday - T'ai chi chih (lunch), Drop 2 Sizes Strength
Thursday - Classical Stretch (lunch), Kundalini Yoga
Friday - T'ai chi chih (lunch), Drop 2 Sizes Strength
Saturday - Drop 2 Sizes Metabolic (cardio), Classical Stretch (season 6 episode, or Essentrics)
Sunday - Kundalini Yoga

I'm loving this schedule, with the tough (for me, anyhow) workouts only being 4 days a week, and so much time dedicated to stress reducing activities. I've lost weight, too.
