Cheryl, anything that reduces stress is good!
Lynn, at least you don't have to cook for this (fasting) holiday. I did get the singer's mask. The choir's website listed several varieties; I got the one from the Broadway Relief Project. Last night at the zoom rehearsal, the director announced plan B in case of another wave/variant: those wiling to sing would perform 6 feet apart in the cathedral with no audience. That would be recorded and published on youtube. The cathedral for the performance is St. Joseph's Cathedral Basilica in San Jose, where we have frequently performed. It is enormous. But the reverberations are so intense that we really need the place filled with audience bodies. It sounds awful when we warm up before the audience gets there. Still, I'm glad we're not going to record individually any more.
Diana, I hope your internet is behaving.
Check-in: the dumbell toning section (30 min) of Walk it Off in 30 days. I also did 10 min of walking before each meal, so it didn't feel like working out for an hour.
