Neoprene dumbbells with narrow grip

Any recommendation on finding narrow grip neoprene dumbbells? Once you start going up in weight the handles get so thick it's hard to hold.

TIA

I don't have any answers or ideas for you, but that's why my heaviest neoprene set is 12s. Everything heavier is lovely silver! Hope someone has suggestions for you.

Thank you! I haven't had any luck with google searches. You'd think there would be something out there!
