Bellyfit sale and question

Bellyfit workouts are half off this weekend with the code "msalicebday"


Has anyone tried the Invocation series? There are no clips. Is Alice alone or with a class and how long are the classes? I need to read the info more closely, but I wanted to post before I forgot.

Hi Sherry!
I have the BF invocation series & have done all of them. I quite enjoyed them. They are an hour, first approx 40 min is cardio, then an isolation, then a stretch. I often stop after cardio. One is a BF Sage done during our big heat wave & the rest are the usual pace. Alice is alone in her home studio, it’s a nice bright space. You get a glimpse of DJ Rowan now & then.

Thank you, Pam! Does the cardio have a lot of TIFT? I wrote to them, and they sent me links to a few clips on Instagram. I really like the music.

Yes it does have TIFTing. Alice takes a bit of time to build the cardio sequence & then repeats it. The music is good.
