no, but lots of reviews and substitutions on the web.

yoga journal - first link is the main article, and within the article was another yoga journal article link about using a hardware store wooden dowel (or PVC pipe), with photos:

Ah ha. I see. I looked at the Brad and Bob for 5 minutes and said, you could use Indian clubs or steel mace.

So what they are offering in there gimmic is a pole that bends

It made me think of you have a the stretch band, the ones with the ability to put your feet in, you could achieve a similar result.

And of course leaning over a stability ball. I had to do that after some surgery.

I see now, it’s old hat. I’m always late to the party. Lol.

It came up because I was doing a lady on YouTube and she had stick mobility in there. So, of course I had to go look it up. Lol.

Yes, that’s the place where she is advertising them for.

Thank you for all the instructions available.

I’m shaking my head and I guess I am a “tool” thingy exercise addict. It’s on my wish list now.

Cheryl, i added more links.

People have stated that Stick Mobility is good - but maybe you only need one and not the entire bundle. they're saying if you buy 1 stick, you'll have access to their training demo's, which they have said are really in-depth.

also on youtube, you can use the following search terms for more ideas:

dowel stretch
stick yoga

Yes. I believe I’d only need one.

I seem to like rotational fitness. I just got my Indian clubs, have a mace and I like the movement. Non jarring for the joints.

I don’t see how a wood stick would give the same benefits because it doesn’t bend.

The wooden stick came before Stick Mobility, which means there's many benefits derived from just that.

True, the stick mobility has the middle rubbery section, and you could probably do a several more poses with it, but i'd commit to just using a plain stick first, then determine whether i'd want to go further, necessitating a stick mobility tool.

thoughtful. You're right.. the sticks, dowels were here and someone capitalized on making it flexible

but it's a great idea.. Yoga straps were also out long before the ones that you can put your hands through the loops.. Ya,I bought that too lol

when I use the yoga strap it was hard on my hands. But with the loops it's easier to get a spot and just stick your hands through the loops.

I need to find my stable in exercise instead of looking around.. I need blinders..

i just looked in my closet for my BodyBlade (another fitness rabbit hole i had succumbed to) and found a really long PVC pipe leftover from a project. I saved this PVC pipe after a VFer explained how good it is to use for yoga and martial arts workouts that use a staff.

the PVC pipe is 9' tall and flexible yet strong. it's 3/4" diameter.

i'll try it out with some of the Stick Mobility videos and report back.
