Pat, what did you think of the downloads?

Donna, thank you for your input on Ellen's streaming. I think I'll go that route for a month or two.

I just tried my Cardio Core download. I liked it. It felt like Studio Light, slower pace and not as deep. I was happy to see a couple different exercises from the usual Studio moves. I burned 129 calories in 19 minutes and feel stretched and oxygenated now, but not sweating or breathing very hard. I did it on my lunch break at the office so that is perfectly fine with me.

So far so good! She looks fantastic, wow.

I’ve subscribed to Ellen’s streaming here and there. It’s so affordable and I’ve always liked her. I’ve done that Cardio Core one and enjoyed it! I’m tempted to do a month or two again soon.

I tried the Upper Body Blast last night. 18 minutes, again I appreciated that it worked me but was low key and non-sweaty enough. These are good workouts for when my asthma or back is acting up. It was very shoulder focused, though. I would have liked some more triceps work.

Warning to shoulder people, my rear left shoulder felt tweaky after, but I had just seen the chiro for an adjustment there so maybe it wasn't a brilliant idea to do this one.

Pat - I’ve subscribed to Ellen’s streaming occasionally and I generally find most of the workouts low key and pretty gentle. I like them but don’t find them challenging. That being said, her upper body focused workouts are often shoulder intensive. She has a couple of yoga practices that I love though and I wish she’d release them as downloads.
