Peloton: Core/Abs (15m)

(I have a couple of minor aches -- right collarbone and right knee feel sore, so I'll give them a rest and concentrate on ab/core work.)

jetlitis- It is smart to work on other body parts when you are achy. Less chance of an injury!

Wendug: I realized today that I've been neglecting my abs. I've been doing Winsor Ab Sculpting for a few years now, and it was harder today than I remember.
