Hi everyone! We've finally, well mostly, gotten moved into our new home. For the past few weeks, I've been counting all the running around for errands and unloading boxes as workouts.
This week is finally started Jessica's LiftnShift. I really do like these, and there are some exercises I've never done before, which I was really surprised about! So far, I have had to skip most of the core work due to it being crunch-focused.
I am looking for fun, crunch-free core workouts if you all have any favorites.
Chrys, I'm so sorry to hear you are still feeling tired from Covid. That must be really tough. I found out yesterday we have been exposed, so now we are quarantined. I had big plans for Easter, but it looks like we will be housebound. I was able to get the first vaccine dose last week.
