Thanks for all the well wishes for my DH!!! He is back to driving himself to work and actually getting around pretty well (obviously still has a limp but PT is supposed to help with that eventually).

ealakey - Hope you are feeling better!

Cher - Hope your cousin is doing well!

I would like to second Pat and wish everyone a better 2021!!!

Hi, fanofladyvols, I really love flourish, and it has certainly been helpful this year when so much has been about just hanging in there! It's been my word for about 2.5 years and I'm going to keep it for 2021, although this coming year I'm also going to focus on a specific part of flourishing - fun - that I've been neglecting lately.

Happy New Year, everyone!!!

GOOD BYE 2020!

You dirty, rotten, punk year! It's too bad I can't metabolize champagne anymore or I'd be popping corks all night long.

Happy New Year friends.

That's fantastic! I can see how a word could be kept by concentrating on different facets. Flourish is an excellent word!

I have changed mine from 'strength' to 'resilience' but it is similar to the shift you describe. I'm concentrating on being kind to my body and doing activity that cares for it. Strength is still incorporated within it but doing it in a way to ensure recovery.

And to 2020.."See ya... wouldn't wanna be ya!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR, JTW check-in friends!!

LOL What more needs to be said?
Happy New Year, all!

I'll be taking a break from checking in; take care of yourselves and your families.

AnMrsDe, Good job on those workout hours last year! My goal for working out is the opposite of yours....don’t take more than one rest day a week!

T2B, Great job with your weight loss! I have to buckle down again now that the holidays are over.

Char, We’ll miss you but everyone needs a break sometimes.

Happy New Year!

Char - Happy New Year! You’ll be missed. We’ll be here when you’re ready to come back!

Cher - thanks! It’s been slow going but still glad for the downward trend.

AnMrsDe - that’s commitment counting all those minutes. If I had kept track of my minutes I would definitely do the same. Lol. It’ll be interesting to see my 2020 totals from Fitbit. ! Great job! Hopefully things will start trending back to normal in 2021 where we don’t have so much down time.

Did anyone else watch the new Wonder Woman movie?

Yep, glad it's OVER and that 2021 might be better for us all.

Happy New Year everyone!

Char, see you after your break!
