Thanks for all the info & breakdowns!!

Just to clarify, when you play each workout, do they have the warm up and cool down footage before and after the workout itself? Or do you have to play the warm up and cool down from the instructional dvd?

You do have to play the warmup from the menu, and then the screen goes back to the menu when it's done. Then you have to select your workout. The warmup plays automatically after each workout, so you don't have to go back and select it.

Thanks!! So, it sounds like each dvd does have the warm up footage. And did you mean that the cool down footage plays after each workout ?

yes.... each dvd has the warm up, then 2 workouts and the cooldown...
