I preordered but wondering why Cathe and crew have the band so high up on the legs.
The band workouts I have done usually has the band right above the knee but she has it higher. I haven't tried it that high so wondering is there more tension given there rather than right above the knee.
From looking at the clip, and I know clips don't show how hard something is, but it just looks like it would be easier where she has the band vs being lower. Guess I will have to try it and see.
