A rebounding YouTube page

https://m.youtube.com/c/IJumpInstead...zRYJHTb3CkU%3D

Hello! I recently found these rebounding workouts. I just did a 60 minute one last night and got a great bounce workout. They don't play music so I just blast First Wave on Sirius and bounce away to 80's music. Hope you enjoy them. I'm also LOVING Naomi Joy on YouTube. Hers are more advanced and many use weights. She releases a new one every Saturday.

I use Naomi Joy too. I posted Kat Gates-Buettner is now recording shorter more intermediate workouts. SanFran Fitness is also good. Plus I love Trampit 10, 11, and 12. Awesome music and energy!

Subscribed! Thanks! I'm starting to appreciate workouts without music so when I play them on my Chromebook I just open another tab and stream Spotify or Amazon Prime Music. Spotify and Amazon Prime Music have their own volume controls so it's easy to get the right combination of instructor voice vs. music.

Same, usually the music in videos is terrible anyways.

Thank you! I just pulled out my rebounder. It was collecting dust; I couldn't use when I had a leg injury. But I want to try it out again. Fingers-crossed!
