Started with classical stretch season 8 episode 1. Doing the trial for Essentrics and someone said season 8 was their favorite.

Did another 20 minute yoga with Molly Fox on Apple Fitness +. Also free trial

Then tried a 10 minute rowing workout also AF+

Shoveled in the sunshine improving the maze I made for the dogs.

Lol! I do this for my dogs, too! They are smaller dogs with short little legs so I shovel a maze in the yard for them. They love it!
