The Longevity series is Great!! Challenging but fun. Nice tempo, great useability with shorter chapters. I like feeling worked out but not wasted and these get the job done.
Tracie uses various equipment (some use ankle weights or gliding discs, etc.) They usually use interesting medicine ball cardio that you can increase or decrease the intensity based on the weight of the med ball and easy to modify out any mixed impact.
FYI: Amazon Prime currently has Vol. 1 Defining Shape and Vol. 2 Staying Power. So if you have that you can get an idea of the music.
Vol. 5 Leaning out has some nice ab work and a tough ankle weight mat sequence.
Honestly, I like them all!!
My favorites are Vol. 6 Defined Lines, Vol. 2 Staying Power, and Vol. 1 Defining Shape.
