Dear Secret Santa,
First thank you for you participating in the Holiday Gift Exchange and just know I appreciate all the effort you put it to buying and looking. I hope this is just a long list to helps you. I will be happy with anything I receive. Something about me. At the moment I am recovering from pancreatitis so I do easy workouts at the moment like walking, easy kickboxing, qi-gong ( I gave enough of qi-gong dvds) and I rediscovered Classical Stretch. I must say I have a big dvd collection. Just do know I am not fond of yoga or complex dance or step dvds. I also not like to use streaming. Dvds Used are fine with me, no problem at all. Our Elf said that I should put a Classical Season on my wishlist so. Classical Stretch Season 13, Core Strengthening Series. If you buy it then buy it only in the sale which maybe start 20 November like last year or near Black Friday 27th of November. I do not want you to spend to much money when not needed. This is the highest on my wishlist because Classical Stretch helps me to get stronger and to rehabilitate very good. Amy Bento: Body Box (Collagevideo). Again only sale. At Total Fitness: Wait to buy till she has her sale then the dvds are cheaper: The Ultimate Dance Part kit Ilyse Baker Powerstrike 4 Illaria ( there is also a used one at Mary,s which is cheaper like 7,95 Cathe Friedrich Cardio Kicks And Circuit Max Bodyfit 360 Energize Volume 4 - Michelle Dozois Susan Chung Rapid Fire 3 Soli Beat High Energy dance routine Jenny Ford Checkout Workout Cooling Eye mask ( for headaches) 2 Fitness sweatband wrist in black or pink ( does not need to be a brand) Xmas socks size 39 European Warm Gloves without fingertips to drive with in my car https://www.amazon.com/Fingerless-Cr...jaz10cnVl&th=1 Reflexology (used)dvd:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...DFMU2LTW&psc=1 Apron https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PD2XCWV...jaz10cnVl&th=1 I can eat no candy, no stuff with sugar because of my pancreas. I can only use natural body washes or body lotion. Just added. I need a new glasses case. Pink is the best because the inside of my bag is black. |

Saving my spot! I'll post tomorrow...
OK here goes. A little about me. I still primarily use DVDs --- at over 500, I have to! But, I do subscribe to Glo for yoga and a few youtube channels. I also teach. I have been teaching yoga and body pump for a long time – shut down briefly from March through June of last year for COVID – but back to quasi-normal (if you count working out in masks as normal). For streaming, I’ve been thinking about LMOD – but I get an instructor discount – so not that. But I saw on Sherry’s list that there’s a Jazzercise on demand – LOL! I used to love Jazzercise around 25+ years ago! I would not mind giving it another try. For DVDs - here are some ideas - sorted alphabetically by instructor: Ellen Barrett – Crunch burn & firm Pilates, Crunch fat burning Pilates Suzanne Bowen – BarreAmped Fire Extreme Sculpt Lauren Brooks - Revelation KCM - Body design, Total body kickbox, Cardio pump Amy Dixon - Raise some bell, Give me 10 core cuts Cathe – Perfect flow, Perfect HIIT, Perfect pump, Rev’d up rumble, Patrick Goudeau - BodyWeight Blast Jennifer Galardi - Barre break thru Mark Lauren – EFX Sadie Lincoln - Barre3 Standing slim, Barre3 Studio shape, Barre3 burner Tracey Mallett – Booty Barre Ballet Ilaria – Bodystrike V. 3, Powerstrike Kickboxing V. 5 or 7 Michael Olajide - Savage and Serene - http://www.aerospacenyc.com/shop.html Leah Sarago – Ballet body signature series – upper body workout Downloads ideas: Lawrence Biscontini – instant downloads --- Yo-step, mind-body bento, or shake your Buddha SCW Fitness –they have some step workouts. I remember they were supposed to be lower quality – but I’m always looking to add more step! What else? Well, I’m back at work since September. While not everyone in this area is back – my building is less than half back – I see traffic is increasing – so I think things are starting to return. I am back to biking to and from work and it’s starting to get cooler so any ideas on how to stay warm on a bike is appreciated. I am not crafty but appreciate others that are – so, if you are, I would love it. As far as food is concerned - I love coconut – but Covid had me gain a couple of pounds (maybe my age?) – so maybe not too many sweets. I love ornament to remember this year’s exchange! I live with my husband and two black mutts. I don’t have a car – so, I always love having sun protection and lip balm whenever I head out on errands on my bike. Other things: fuzzy socks, black tea (not flavored) and toffee (love toffee – chocolate covered!). I am a reader - mainly fiction. Some non-fiction - mainly science. My book club just started up again. Thanks for being my Santa & have a great holiday season! |
