Core Secrets- Accelerated Core Training
The Butt Bible- Lower Body 1 - I had saved this to my YT list but had not done it before. Nothing was weighted, but I guess that is to be expected with level 1. It wasn't too difficult, but the trainer was annoying. She was going on and on about how her method is the ONLY method that works for getting your butt in shape and criticized other workouts. I doubt I will do this workout again.

I don't think I have ever done this before. What a gem. I used the new bands for the band work.
