The Firm- Fat Burning Sculpting Ball Workout

I pulled weeds for about an hour this morning and I think I sweat more doing that than with my workouts. The humidity is really high here.

After 5 days in a row of no workouts I finally got back to it tonight. I did Cathe Live #350 Standing Legs & Floor. I matched Cathe's weights and did not try to go heavier. There was a huge cardio factor in this one. It was a really great workout that moved quickly.
