Thanks jeannine but I still hope to hear from someone doing this program or another one that uses the indoor jump ropes.

Thanks, kitten. I got ahold of my beach body coach and while trying to keep to the official line, she all but admitted it's worthless. Glad I didn't go for the beachbody gear $$. As it is, my JNL fake rope is leaving.
I really like the weight lifting of the Muscle Burns Fat program but am through with the jumping up and down (modified) business.
