I may just keep up with these types of workouts until after Christmas. I really enjoy Yoga Upload. It was recommended to me after I asked the GD for some help.

Beth - I have a problem with ballet. By the time I get through a barre class, I am too tired for centerwork. Ugh, getting old is frustrating.
We still have a little Christmas shopping to do. Nothing to taxing.
