Name that Cathe workout

Looking to revisit Cathe workouts (which I will need to reacquire)

...60 minutes or less (whole workout or premix)

...no splits (upper/lower ok)

...not a space hog

...minimal equipment preferred (I have a step, high step, barbell, dumbbells, ankle weights, bands, stability ball). Not looking to buy a tower, bike, or other equipment.

...no kickboxing, mma, etc.

...can be cardio, can be strength, or a mix

...any intensity

Thanks for any suggestions!

One of my favorites, Cardio & Weights from the Intensity series.

Yay! Just ordered this.

Also Hi Reps. IMO, this is her best weight workout. Absolutely, no boredom.

It's been awhile, but I think Hi Reps is a split. Maybe? Well, it probably has a 60 minute total body premix.

Ripped with Hit Upper Body Burn is one of my favorite Cathe workouts. You only need weights for that one.

I like Muscle Endurance from the Intensity series, and Low Impact Circuit is fun too (can do the weights-only or step-only premix if you don't want to mix your strength and cardio training).

I think a lot of Cathe's workout fits that description... except kickboxing/split/bike (lol). You can always use her premixes or jump forward to suit your taste. I have done this a lot because I love Cathe, and I don't do high impact anymore.

I love Pyramid, RWH Low Impact HiiT, Afterburn, Supersets, Athletic Training, ICE Metabolic Total Body, all her BootCamps, Flextrain, STS Total Body, all of Sweaty series, Muscle Max, High Reps, Total Body trisets, RWH Upper Body, Leg Blasts, STS Plyo, Imaxes, Step Jump and Pump, etc.

High Reps is total body btw.
