I like the workouts in WS2, but I saw more results with WS1. I think the rotation is really well put together. I’m doing it again and am in the second week, and am enjoying it more this time around.

WS3 is good, but it takes more out of me. I’m 61 and have never been above intermediate, even when younger. I have to space these workouts. Same with Lift and Shift. I need more recovery days.

Lightweight Indian clubs don't seem especially popular here, but I'm liking them as part of my morning warm up. Easy and low stress, you know? Somehow it's just that much easier to pick up the kettlebell next.

I really haven't been following this thread but saw you posted so I opened the last page. I loved hearing this! I had my dad make me some clubs a few years ago (although they aren't quite the same as actual ones) and I have an Indian club DVD but I still really haven't given them a try. How did you get started? Are you using a follow along workout or just learned some things and do on your own? I really want to start using them, especially since my dad made them.

Anna that makes a lot of sense. That's good to know!

I don't think Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga gets much love. But it clicked with me, and I've done it regularly for years.

I bought this 2-3 years ago (probably got a really good deal on it), but have never tried it because I was afraid I would hate it. I bought it because I like Kathy Smith and I'm a vidiot! Your post makes me want to pull it out and give it go now. I'm in a funky mood these days.

Sure! I love Conditioning Workout 3 - it's a total body workout in 40 minutes.

I love Shaping Workout 3 and Definition Workout 3 two of my favorite lower body workouts ever.

I love Cardio Tactics 1. Not my usual cup of tea, but there is a modifier (who actually modifies - a nitpick of mine). I usually just do the warmup, first circuit, and the cool down, making it a 20 minute workout.

I have a note about stretch and refresh "just okay, leave it for days I don't want to exercise."
got it! thanks!

Leonana, glad to hear you saw results with WS1! I have done the workouts, but I never followed the written rotation, your comment makes me want to give it a try!

I am also intermediate, and I need to space my workouts if they are too challenging, to get my body some recovery time.

Try it! It is fun workout, I also like the stretch at the end.

Donna, do you like to mambo? Because Kathy’s walking workout is a mambo fest (her other walking workout is, too.). I’m happy because I do like to mambo.
