Ignore her. We all come here as a safe place to vent, to talk about how we're doing. It's a reflection of herself, not of anyone here on this thread.

There's a Twitter thread called QuarantineCats. I don't follow Twitter, so I can't link it. I only read about it and saw a couple of posts.

OK. If you share the majority position, you are allowed to vent. Otherwise STFU. Got it.

I don't think you get it. Re-read Marki's posts again. The first was just voicing her opinion. Which I would guess some would agree with, to a point. It is frustrating not to find things you need in the stores because people are in a panic. But to say this is just a cold/flu is maybe too optimistic. I think that was the gist of people's response towards her. I don't think anyone was rude when they commented to her. However, Marki's second post was pretty rude. Unless you know her in real life and that's just her sense of humor, it comes off pretty rude. A lot of feeling can get lost in posting, but it sure sounded rude.

Shh... don’t tell my husband that starting my morning with Patrick Swayze always makes me smile, lol :-)

Actually, I’m enjoying spending time at home with my husband. I also love playing with my dogs and having the time to get caught up with household chores. I’m even cooking meals! Albeit they’ve only been things like stir-fry tacos. I bought some tomato grits that I am looking forward to fixing :-)

Did you see the documentary "I am Patrick Swayze?" It was excellent .

You can rent it from Amazon Prime or buy it on dvd. The Paramount channel may have it on denand.

Thanks! I will have to check it out. My daughter also thanks you because once I get it and give it to her she will be thrilled. She loves Patrick! It’s ridiculous to see us watch one of his movies together.

It was really well done. I think it is lovely you watch him with your daughter.
