I am going to throw her Circuit Blast into the mix. It uses the step, one set of Dumbbells, and the band. It clocks in around 40 minutes. It is challenging without being a total killer.

Good luck shopping. Everybody has given you great suggestions.

I'm not sure what is meant by "...no splits (upper/lower ok)". What kind of splits are not OK?

Anyway, Hi Reps is a bunch of about 6 minute sets, each one with a different muscle group. Each group is a different song so it is easy to skip around. It pretty much alternates upper and lower as I recall. It is my favorite Cathe workout ever - love the music. It has premixes - upper only, lower only, etc.

I'm guessing she means nothing like the Gym Styles, 4DS, or RWH where it is a 3 or 4 day split. Wanting all lower body or all upper body or, ideally, total body.

I took a long break from Cathe myself but am back to using her workouts again, mostly her intermediate ones though.

I like:

Pyramids (upper or lower or total body premix)
Low Impact Circuit (has a total body sculpt and upper only premix)
Push Pull - use as is, like this one a lot
Supersets - use this once in a great while

ICE Metabolic Total Body
ICE Boot Camp Circuit
ICE Chiseled Upper Body
ICE Chiseled Lower Body

I also like the upper/lower body add ons from Body Fusion.

Since most of Cathes fit your descrption, it's cheaper to buy the whole series. My favorite series:

Low Impact
Xtrain
ICE
Strong and Sweaty

I tend to gravitate towards her newer offerings though.

The entire Body Blast Series fits the bill.

The Intensity Series.

Body Blast Series has tons of pre-mixes.

Intensity Series - My all time favorite Series - not as many pre-mixes but the ones that are there are good.

CTX original series Fits the bill except the weight workout is split by bodypart -but the upper body only premix is great. There is a separate lower body workout.
