Cathe's Total Body Stretching...like watching paint dry.

Is this video better once you get it home?

I just watched the clip, and it was soooooo dull. Like footage you'd see in a movie when they're trying to portray the idea that something is dull and taking forever.

At one point, the music was so 'duller than dull' that I burst out laughing.

Tell me it's better 'at home'.

There's music on Total Body Stretching??? Maybe I'm losing my hearing, but I can barely hear Cathe when I do this one. I really don't mind this video. It's good for when I'm time crunched or tired. I tend to have really tight muscles, so I need extra stretching. If you've got videos in your collection that suit your needs, skip this one. I wish I had waited for reviews. Since I didn 't, I try to get as much use out of it as I can.

Different strokes for different folks and all that. This is the only stretching video that I've ever really enjoyed. I've done a section almost every day for the past few weeks. I love the music and the stretches feel so good. It's completely eradicated pain and tightness in my upper back, shoulders and neck. The music seems relaxing, soothing but yet upbeat all at the same time. I thought I would hate this workout since I hated Stretch Max so much I was tempted to jump on and down on it while screaming die workout die! But somehow her new one clicked with me. Go figure.

Restarting with Leslie. The advantage of restarting is that there is so much room for improvement and it is fun to progress, right?

I love the first ball stretch. It is my favorite stretch for my lower back and IT bands. I imagine a stretch workout would look pretty boring on preview, though. Heather

I love this stretch workout........much, much more than Stretch Max. The 2nd segment which is the first one on the stability ball is my absolute favorite. The music is relaxing and when I do an upper body workout this really stretches out my shoulders. I reach for this after almost every workout......lol

Different strokes.....like someone else said!

I have to agree with many of the others - I love this stretch. The first section especially has lots of hip-opening stretches in it, and its my favorite! I find it very relaxing and I liked the music.

I guess I had better give mine a try. My neck and shoulders are really tight.
