question for canadians about returning items to Collage

Hi,
Hoping someone can answer my question. I am in Canada and I ordered some dvd's from collage, and one of them was defective, so I contacted them and they sent me another one, so now I have to return the defective one. It seems as if they want me to return it in the same envelope they sent it it. Is this the normal procedure when returning something to them. That envelope had the plastic covering with my invoice in it on the one side of the envelope, and on the other side it has a canada post postage paid sticker, and an expedited parcel sticker and a sticker that says To: me, and From: collage video.
I have never had to return anything to them before, but I was expecting that they would send it to me in an envelope, with a SEPARATE envelope inside for me to return my video in.
I'm just curious as to others experiences with this. I guess I will send it back in this envelope, and just say that its TO: collage, and from me. Sorry if this seems like a silly question.

I've never had to send a return to Collage so I can't help you there but I would give them a call (1-800) or email them to find out for sure. Good luck.
