A Song about the VF Marathon

Congratulations to all of the September 1st Marathon participants and to the cheering squad all over the world. Here is a song that I wrote just for all of you. Thank you for all of the information and inspiration I've found here at VF.

Great job Gilda. Yeah, it was lot's of fun to work out knowing that somebody else did right before and after me. It was also a nice tribute to Lenore. Maybe we can dedicate all future Labor Day marathons in her memory.

I feel bad I couldn't participate this year. But I think the idea is so great and would love to do it, maybe next year.
