Question KCM Must have workouts?

I just got Kelly's new ones. Currently have four others (Split Sessions, Circuit Burn, Lift, and NYC.)

What are some of your favorites? They've all got such good reviews/ratings. I'd like to get a few more, if you can help me decide.

What are your top three (besides the new releases?)

Thanks!

Pam

1. Circuit Burn
2. TLC
3. Cardio Blast (Love KCM's straight forward step and challenging but doable plyo)

I have them all but I've previewed the new releases yet. I prefer Kelly's cardio to her weight work.

ETA: I personally love Bootcamp - it's somewhat similar to Circuit Burn - but others didn't seem to care for it.

And I really like The Shape of Things to Come, as well.

Kickboxing (Punch premix is AWESOME)

I have all the 30 MTF and just love them all! Bodytraining is really good too Muscle Definition (longer than 30 minutes but not by much)
I guess they are all my favorites!

My most used KCMs are the cardio-based ones in her 30 Minute series:
- TLC
- Kickboxing
- Cardio Blast - workout 2 (Plyometrics)

I prefer not using DVDs for strength training. Yet, I get considerable use from:
- Weights
- LIFT
- NYC

I rate the above as Kelly's best resistance training videos. The 20 minute Olympic Lifting premix on LIFT is true value for your time when you cant do a longer workout. It works the entire body except the chest. I finish with a few sets of pushups on my own and get a workout done in under 22 minutes. Powersculpt is a lot of fun and is the only low-weight workout I find worth doing. I typically like heavier weights.

I rarely do cardio and weights together in the same workout, but Circuit Burn is fantastic. It is high-energy, a great calorie burner and the strength portions are good too. I got rid of all my cardio+weights / AWT stuff but I hang on to this one.

An honorable mention must go to her second Cardio Kick Step Boxing workout from the pre-30 Minute series era.

I preordered but have yet to receive the latest ones. I have high hopes for 30 Minutes Step-Boxing.

I just previewed NYC Upper Body and I KNOW I am going to LOVE it! A fellow VF'er sent this to me, it was SOOOO nice of her. I can't wait to do this dvd but can already tell it will be another favorite. I love Split Sessions too, it's used often. I am still debating on Circuit Burn can you believe it? lol
