Gah! Just as I was thinking that I had plenty of cash for summer holiday, along comes Rambert. If you work it out, it isn't very expensive at 10GBP per class (thinking about it like that makes me feel better). I'm very much looking forward to the "meditative flow" promised.

So I did the first half of Glutematics and loved it! I paired it with TA's first rebounder DVD from continuity. How does Hamelin's Xpress Rebounder workout compare to TA's rebounder stuff (thinking of getting this Hamelin one) if any of you have done both? TIA

P.S. I'm lovin this Hamelin thread and his stuff

It's crazy how many workouts Hamelin has been releasing lately - all the classes, new matics and now the Rambert classes. If you've tried the free workouts and/or the rest of his material these are completely different. The moves are super controlled and saying that the vibe is meditative is an understatement
