This a weightless barre workout that Linda does while sitting on the floor, so could obviously be done from a chair as well. |

This seems so obvious when you say it but I swear it never once occurred to me. I do Barlates upper body workouts often (they are surprisingly hard) and even lately when it has been hard for me to get up and down off the floor because of my knee, it never even entered my mind to do them on a chair. That's how programmed I am that I MUST...DO...WORKOUT...EXACTLY....AS...FILMED....
