okay everyone! We'll start this weekend. There will be no pressure to do more than any of you can manage. It'll also be a good place to talk about the obstacles you all are facing. Any type of movement counts even if it's just vacuuming or sweeping the floor.

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.
Note to self: You don't get to complain about things you won't work to change!

Definitely not alone! Mondivation, Monthivation, & I have a very long-standing relationship, with particular cause for a get-together if it's Monday the 1st.

• No exercise can compensate for a poor diet. 😖
• Walking is phenomenally good for me. 😊
• Resistance training is critical. 💯
¹ Walk first
² Weights next
³ Cardio for fun
⁴ Add stretch & balance.
I would be interested in participating in a re-starters' check-in. I've made some half-hearted attempts this past year to get back on track, but can't seem to stay the course. A check-in and some accountability might help.
I am interested in joining this check in. After going through some pretty stressful personal stuff including a divorce this year I am finally trying to get my life back in order. I am planning to start August 1st with both working out consistently and healthy meal prep. Haven’t decided what I’ll start with probably slowly and some beginner workouts. I need to drop several pounds of weight gained this year.
