10 min Ab workouts

Hello

Iím looking for 5-10 mins Ab workouts as add-ones. Any combination of standing, seated and lying is ok but no cardio interspersed. Just looking for toning. Thanks!

There's the very old Cathe Ab Hits which is a compilation of ab segments from some of her other workouts. These are heavy on the crunches. There's also Kathy Smith's Tummy Trimmers and Amy Dixon's Give Me 10 Abs. These have more variety than the Cathe DVD does. There's also Tamilee Webb's Abs Abs Abs which is a compilation of ab work from her various workouts. They are 10-15 minutes long, and one segment is only 5 minutes long.

Hmmm...those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head.

wow,what A list, tat really covers it. I can think of only the Firm's 5 day abs and more 5 day abs.
I think Alison has an ab workout (pink Firm) but the segments are longer

I limited the search to minimum 5, maximum 10min.

Kathy Smith's Tummy Trimmer's (similar format to 10 min solution) are over 10min, and Amy Bento's Abs & Stretch ab segments are closer to 15min.

I'm sure someone mentioned this, but I'm too lazy to see: Caroline Sandry's 30 Days to Flat Abs has 7 10-min Pilates-based routines.

Gilad's Express set has 2 core routines, and think I've seen these on YouTube or Vimeo.
